Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within three business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping methods
All orders ship from our Pacific Northwest facility via insured carrier. Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.
Packaging
All products ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Sensitive compounds ship cold-chain with appropriate insulation and cold packs when required.
International orders
We currently ship to the continental United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Returns
Due to the research and laboratory nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used items. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within seven days at [email protected].
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact the carrier first, then us.
